Magic Mirror is designed for AI portrait transformation. We process uploaded photos, including facial features, only to generate the edited images you request. We do not use your photos to identify or authenticate people, and we do not sell your images.

We do not use your photos or generated images to train our own general-purpose AI models unless we separately ask for and receive your explicit opt-in consent.

When you sign in with Apple, we receive an account identifier and, if you choose to share it, your name and email address. We use this information to authenticate you, associate your generation history with your account, and support account-related features.

When you generate an image, we collect the photo you upload, your selected preset, any custom prompt, image ratio settings, and technical metadata needed to process the request.

We store your source photo and generated result in private cloud storage. Images are not publicly accessible. The App retrieves them through time-limited signed links.

To create transformed images, we send your photo and prompt to third-party AI service providers. Those providers process the content only to perform the generation you request and under our instructions.

We keep a generation history record for your account, including preset, status, timestamps, storage paths, and error information. This lets you view past results and delete them when you choose.

Before your first generation, and when policy versions change, we record which Terms, Privacy Policy, and Content Rules versions you accepted, along with your app version, locale, and technical request metadata. This helps demonstrate consent and support safety compliance.

We may collect limited technical data such as IP address, device type, operating system version, app version, and request logs. We use this data to operate the service, prevent abuse, troubleshoot failures, and enforce usage limits.

We use third-party service providers for authentication, database, storage, and AI image generation. These providers process data on our behalf only to deliver the App and are required to protect it.

We retain your generation history and associated images until you delete them in the App. Deleting a generation removes its source and result images from storage. Policy acceptance records may be retained longer to document which policy versions you agreed to.

We may retain limited logs and security records for a reasonable period to investigate abuse, comply with law, and maintain service integrity.

You can delete individual generations from your history. You can sign out of the App at any time. Depending on your account setup, you may also request account deletion or data access by contacting us through the App Store support page for Magic Mirror.

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to certain processing of your personal data, and to withdraw consent where processing is consent-based. We will respond to valid requests as required by applicable law.

The App is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal data through the App, contact us so we can take appropriate action.

Your data may be processed in countries other than your own, including where our service providers operate. We take steps designed to protect personal data when it is transferred internationally.

We use technical and organizational measures designed to protect personal data, including private storage, authenticated access, expiring signed URLs, and access controls. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the version date shown in the App and may ask you to review and accept the updated policy before generating new images.
