AMÜ - Community Rules
These Community Rules set expectations for profiles, events, AMÜ Match, messaging, payments, privacy, and in-person conduct.

Treat every member with dignity. Harassment, bullying, discrimination, hate speech, humiliation, threats, unwanted sexual conduct, and repeated unwanted contact are not allowed.

Use your own identity and accurate profile, skill, availability, event, and payment information. Do not impersonate people or organisations, misrepresent qualifications, create deceptive listings, or manipulate the membership process.

Choose suitable public or reputable venues, describe risks honestly, follow facility rules, use appropriate equipment, and do not encourage dangerous conduct. Never use AMÜ to organise violence, illegal activity, controlled-substance transactions, or other harmful conduct.

Do not publish or forward another person's profile, photos, messages, contact details, location, attendance, or private information without permission. Never request passwords, one-time codes, full payment-card details, government identifiers, or other credentials.

Do not send spam, mass promotions, scams, sexually explicit content, abusive messages, or repeated messages after a member asks you to stop. Match chat is for coordinating the accepted activity and respectful conversation.

Hosts must provide accurate event details and honour published conditions. Attendees must follow booking, cancellation, refund, attendance, and venue requirements. Payment fraud, stolen cards, refund abuse, chargeback abuse, ticket resale without permission, and attempts to bypass payment controls are prohibited.

Do not scrape member data, recruit members into unrelated schemes, sell access to accounts, run unauthorised advertising, or use the Service for pyramid schemes, deceptive investment offers, or other unauthorised commercial activity.

10. Blocking, reporting, and emergencies
Respect blocks and unmatches; do not create another account to evade them. Report safety or conduct concerns through the App. Reports must be made honestly. For immediate danger or medical emergencies, contact local emergency services rather than relying on AMÜ support.

11. Enforcement
AMÜ may review relevant information and remove content, cancel listings, limit features, withhold or revoke membership approval, suspend accounts, or refer matters to payment providers or authorities where reasonably necessary. Enforcement decisions may consider severity, context, repetition, and risk.

12. Updates
These Rules may be updated as the community and Service evolve. Material changes will be identified by a new version date. Continued use after notice, or renewed acceptance where requested, means the updated Rules apply.
