Siulamsu (小藍書) - Terms of Service
These Terms of Service govern your download, installation, access, and use of Siulamsu (小藍書), a language-learning mobile application and related website operated by Omu Labs Limited. These Terms include provisions intended to work together with the Apple App Store Standard End User License Agreement where applicable.
A. Agreement Relationship
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your download, installation, access, and use of the Siulamsu (小藍書) mobile application, website, and related services (collectively, the “Service”), operated by Omu Labs Limited (“Developer”, “we”, “our”, or “us”). By accessing or using Siulamsu, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you should immediately discontinue use of the Service.
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your download, installation, access, and use of the Siulamsu (小藍書) mobile application, website, and related services (collectively, the “Service”), operated by Omu Labs Limited (“Developer”, “we”, “our”, or “us”). For users who download Siulamsu through the Apple App Store, these Terms are intended to supplement, and not replace, Apple’s applicable terms, including the Apple Media Services Terms and Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement where applicable.

We may modify, suspend, discontinue, or update any aspect of the Service at any time without prior notice.

F. Your Local Data
Any learning progress tracked by the App, including streaks, saved cards, known cards, skipped cards, and similar learning states, is stored only on your own device. You are responsible for your device and its storage. We are not able to back up, recover, transfer, or restore this local data on your behalf, including if you delete the App, reset your device, switch devices, or lose access to your device.

G. Educational Content and Intellectual Property
All phrases, definitions, example sentences, cultural notes, explanations, illustrations, pronunciation audio, interface designs, branding, software, source code, and other content made available through the Service (“Content”) are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. The Content is provided for your personal, non-commercial, educational use only. You may not copy, scrape, redistribute, sell, commercially exploit, or create derivative databases from the Content without our prior written permission.

You should treat audio as a helpful reference rather than an authoritative pronunciation standard.

We are not responsible for interruptions, outages, errors, delays, quality issues, policy changes, or data handling practices caused by third-party services, and we may change providers at any time without prior notice.

If you downloaded Siulamsu from the Apple App Store, the following additional terms apply: (1) these Terms are between you and Omu Labs Limited, not Apple; (2) Apple is not responsible for the App or its content; (3) we, not Apple, are responsible for providing any maintenance and support for the App, except where applicable law requires otherwise; (4) Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support services for the App; (5) to the extent any warranty exists under applicable law that cannot be disclaimed, Apple may refund the purchase price, if any, of the App, and Apple will have no further warranty obligation to the maximum extent permitted by law; (6) we, not Apple, are responsible for addressing claims relating to the App, including product liability claims, legal compliance claims, consumer protection claims, or intellectual property claims; and (7) Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce these Terms against you as a third-party beneficiary where applicable.

THIS INCLUDES LOSS OF DATA, INCLUDING LOCALLY STORED LEARNING PROGRESS, LOSS OF PROFITS, LOSS OF BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, LOSS OF GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.
