Magic Mirror - Content & Face Use Rules

These Content and Face Use Rules explain what you may and may not upload, prompt, or generate in Magic Mirror. They apply whenever you use face-related or portrait transformation features.

1. Scope
These Content and Face Use Rules explain what you may and may not upload, prompt, or generate in Magic Mirror. They apply whenever you use face-related or portrait transformation features.
2. Your Responsibility
You are solely responsible for every image you upload, every prompt you submit, and every image the App generates for you. Magic Mirror does not create content on its own behalf; it processes your inputs at your direction.
3. Rights and Consent
You may only upload photos that you own or have the legal right and explicit consent to use. If a photo shows another person, you must have that person's permission before uploading or transforming their likeness.
4. No Non-Consensual Photos
You must not upload photos obtained without consent, including images taken in private settings, leaked content, surveillance captures, or any content that violates another person's privacy or publicity rights.
5. Respectful Face and Likeness Use
Faces and likenesses in the App must be used respectfully and lawfully. You must not create images intended to impersonate a real person, mislead viewers about what someone said or did, damage someone's reputation, or facilitate harassment.
6. No Non-Consensual Intimate or Deepfake Content
You must not create non-consensual intimate imagery, sexualized depictions, or "deepfake" content of real people. Creating such content may violate law and will result in enforcement action.
7. Minors
Do not upload or generate content involving minors in sexual, exploitative, dangerous, humiliating, or otherwise inappropriate contexts. Do not use the App to alter images of children in ways that sexualize them or put them at risk.
8. Prohibited Sexual, Violent, or Criminal Content
Do not submit nudity, pornography, fetish content, or sexually explicit material. Do not submit content depicting graphic violence, gore, self-harm, hate symbols, terrorism, weapons trafficking, illegal drugs, or other criminal activity.
9. No Official or Verification Use
Do not use the App to produce medical, forensic, identity-verification, or official records. Results are simulated visuals for entertainment and creative expression only.
10. Custom Prompts
Custom prompts must follow the same rules as uploaded photos. Do not use prompts to request prohibited content, to target real individuals without consent, or to evade safety restrictions.
11. Review Before Use
You are solely responsible for reviewing Generated Content before saving, sharing, publishing, selling, or otherwise using it. You must decide whether a result is appropriate, lawful, and permitted for your intended use.
12. Sharing and Commercial Use
You are responsible for how you save, share, publish, or commercialize generated images outside the App. Even if the App produces an image, you must ensure your downstream use complies with law and these rules.
13. Legal Consequences
Magic Mirror is not responsible for legal consequences you may face because of your uploads, prompts, or use of Generated Content, including claims from other people, platforms, employers, or authorities.
14. Safety Enforcement
We use automated and manual safeguards to detect and block policy violations. We may review prompts, uploads, and outputs, refuse generation requests, remove stored content, and suspend or terminate accounts that abuse the service.
15. Reporting
If you encounter content that appears to violate these rules, contact us through the App Store support page for Magic Mirror. We may investigate reports and take action consistent with our Terms and Privacy Policy.
16. Violations
Violations may result in rejected generations, deleted content, account restrictions, or permanent loss of access. Serious violations may be referred to law enforcement where required.
17. Rule Updates
We may update these rules as AI capabilities, laws, and platform standards evolve. When we make material changes, we will update the version date shown in the App and may require renewed acceptance before you can generate new images.
