If you upload a photo, we may process faces, likenesses, and visual features in that photo to place the person in a greeting scene or otherwise produce the requested result. We do not use your photos to identify or authenticate people, and we do not sell your images.

When you sign in with Apple, we receive an account identifier and, if you choose to share it, your name and email address. We use this information to authenticate you, associate generation history and credit balances with your account, and support account-related features.

When you generate an image, we collect the source photo if provided, selected template, custom prompt if provided, greeting content, text style, frame style, pattern style, image ratio settings, generation status, timestamps, account identifier, app version, locale, and technical request metadata needed to process the request.

We store source photos and generated results in private Supabase storage. Images are not publicly accessible. The App retrieves them through authenticated or time-limited signed links.

BytePlus Seedream AI processes the content only to perform the generation you request and under our instructions.

When you purchase credits, Apple or another payment provider processes payment details. We may receive transaction identifiers, product identifiers, purchase status, credit grants, refund or chargeback status, and related records needed to verify purchases, maintain your credit balance, prevent fraud, provide support, and comply with legal obligations. We do not receive full payment card numbers from Apple.

We retain generation history and associated images until you delete them in the App, unless retention is needed for legal, security, billing, or abuse-prevention purposes. Deleting a generation removes its source and result images from active storage where technically feasible. You can delete individual generations from your history where the App provides that feature. You can sign out of the App at any time.
